Top racing trainers have entries at Uttoxeter jumps meeting

HORSERACING returns to Uttoxeter today (July 23) with another 'behind closed doors' jumps meeting.

The nine-race card feature's entries from some of National Hunt's top trainers, including Paul Nicholls and Dan Skelton.

Nicholls saddles race favourite Moniseur Gibraltor, ridden by Harry Cobdon, in the 2m 4f handicap chase, while Skelton's Lemon Shoulder heads the overnight betting in the 2m 7f handicap hurdle at 1.40.

Staffordshire Moorlands trainer Jennie Candlish sends out Leeswood Lily in the opening 1m 7f novice hurdle at 12.35, with Sean Quinlan taking the ride.
