STOKE City report their players are fit and raring to go after 10 weeks in lockdown because of the coronavirus outbreak.
The Championship could re-start on June 20, when the Potters will have nine games in which to cement their place in the division.
Stoke signed off in 17th place just three points clear of the relegation zone and with work still to be done to avoid the drop.
The Championship squad were welcomed back for training at Clayton Wood a week ago, with James McClean and Ryan Shawcross ready to return to action, after both being sidelined by injury before the enforced break.
However, Stoke will be without their experienced midfielder Joe Allen and exciting young prospect Thibaud Verlinden on the wing.
Port Vale won't be returning to action until the start of the new season, after clubs voted early to end their League Two campaign.
