Police appeal for information after young man is stabbed

POLICE are appealing for information after a young man was stabbed in a Stoke-on-Trent.

Paramedics were called officers to Snow Hill, Shelton at 4.20pm on Monday (September 28) where a 19-year-old man had been stabbed. He sustained wounds to his hand and bottom.

The man's injuries were not believed to be life threatening or life changing and he was taken to the Royal Stoke University Hospital for treatment. Enquiries are ongoing.
