A DENTAL practice in the Staffordshire Moorlands is welcoming patients back after offering them a special service during lockdown.
It was only last Monday (June 8) that UK dentists were allowed to open again after nearly three months, but with strict safety measures in place because of the coronavirus threat.
During lockdown Millennium Dentistry, in Tape Street, Cheadle, continued to care for patients by offering free oral hygiene tips through social media, as well as giving out care packs.
The practice is joint owned by Manhar and Aradhna Segal, who with the help of their children, assembled 100 care packages for their patients.
Manhar said: "We got increasingly concerned about our elderly and vulnerable patients, some of whom lived alone, which prompted is to make and distribute these packs allowing us to make sure that they were okay".
