STAFFORDSHIRE opening batsman Zen Malik was in good form again for Blythe in Division One of the North Staffs and South Cheshire League.
His top score of 40 laid the foundation for his side's comfortable victory by 103 runs at home to bottom-of-the-table Sandyford.
Malik's contribution matched his previous week's total against Leycett.
There were good knocks too from Ben Smith (35), Chris Dyer (30) and Chris Plant (25) as Blythe totted up 179-8 off their 40 overs.
Khalid Hamidi (5-13) then set about dismantling the visitors who were all out for all out for 76.
At one stage Sandyford were 26-8 but a ninth-wicket partnership between Rory Smith (24) and Andrew Pender (14) kept the game ticking over until the 30th over.
This win takes Blythe up to fourth in the table and keeps their hopes alive of a swift return to the top flight.
Caverswall's fixture at Kidsgrove was called off because of a waterlogged pitch.
In Division Two, newly-promoted Oakamoor lost by six wickets at home to Bignall End.
The hosts were dismissed for 111 after Ahsham Zaroof (4-22) had turned the screw. Matthew Carnwell top-scored with 27 runs.
Steven Brierley (40) speaheaded Bignall End's winning reply 112-4. Matt Wolf (2-42) and Kris Heathcote (2-23) sharing the bowling honours for Oakamoor.
